Critical: discussing a key matter now
- For prices, quantities, delivery, payment, or commitments, pause verbal confirmation and check each point through written words, numbers, or materials.
- Ask the organiser, a colleague, or the on-site service desk to help locate available language support.
Urgent: an important meeting remains today
- Prepare a short company and product introduction, plus the three points that must be confirmed in this meeting.
- Put product specifications, price ranges, minimum order quantity, delivery timing, and contact details into text or images you can show directly.
Less urgent: follow up after the exhibition
- Exchange contact details and agree to provide product, quotation, or cooperation information in writing after the conversation.
- List the points still unconfirmed and arrange a follow-up time with language support.
